The journey

Six stops.
Nothing left to chance.

A cut flower is alive for the whole trip. This is what happens at every stop between the farm and your floral department, and what we do there so it arrives right.

01

The farms

Boutique farms in the Andes of Ecuador and Colombia. Each flower grows at the altitude that suits it: roses at 9,200 feet, poms at 6,500.

What we do
We buy 100% independently. No affiliated farms, so we choose each grower for quality, not for volume.
What it prevents
Being tied to one farm when its crop has a bad week.

02

The harvest

Cut by hand, stem by stem, at the opening point your program calls for.

What we do
Agree the cut stage with the farm for each program, so the flower opens in your store and not in the box.
What it prevents
Flowers that arrive blown open, or that never open at all.

03

Grading and the first check

Every stem is graded, bunched and packed at origin. Our first quality check happens here, before anything is boxed.

What we do
Inspect against your specs in Ecuador and Colombia, not after the freight has been paid.
What it prevents
Flying a problem to Miami.

04

The cold

In the cold room the flower goes to sleep. It stays asleep, cold and never frozen, until someone in your store wakes it up with a fresh cut and clean water.

What we do
Keep the cold chain unbroken from the farm to the truck that reaches your distribution center.
What it prevents
Days of vase life lost on a warm dock.

The flight

The wing of a plane over the Andes

Ecuador & Colombia to Miami

Over the Andes, with every ton of CO₂ accounted for.

We fly with partner airlines and offset our air freight through LATAM Cargo's compensation program.

06

Miami, and the second check

Our own quality team opens the boxes in Miami and checks product and delivery against your specifications before anything ships to you.

What we do
Check twice, in two countries, with two different teams.
What it prevents
Rejected trucks and the credits that come with them.

07

Your store

The box is opened by someone who may have been stocking produce an hour ago. A QR on the box gives them three minutes of training.

What we do
Ship Flowers 101 with every box: cut, clean water with flower food, keep it cold.
What it prevents
Good flowers dying in your department.

What goes wrong,
and what we do about it.

Buyers change suppliers for three reasons. We built the company around not giving you any of them.

The problemWhy it happensWhat we do
It arrives lateOne farm, one route, no plan for the holidays.Independent sourcing across two countries, programs planned with you ahead of each season, and logistics partners we know.
It arrives in poor qualityNobody looked until it reached your dock. Two quality checks: at origin before packing, and again in Miami against your specs.
It dies in the storeThe person who opened the box was never shown how to care for it.Flowers 101, on a QR in every box.
